Terms of use
The terms for using doooo
The agreement between you and us when you make an invite on doooo or add songs to someone else's.
Last updated 3 November 2026.
Who we are
doooo. is run by Stupid Human Ltd, a UK company. In these terms “we” and “us” means Stupid Human Ltd, and “you” means anyone using doooo, whether you're hosting a party or adding songs as a guest. You can reach us at hello@doooo.me.
Agreeing to these terms
By making an account, publishing an invite or adding a song, you agree to these terms, our fair use policy and our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your information.
To make an account or pay for an invite you need to be 18 or over.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. That deletes your invites, photos, playlists and guests' voice notes too.
Your invite and what you put on it
The words and photo on your invite are yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to anyone with your invite link (and anyone with your DJ link), and make the share cards and link previews for your invite, for as long as the invite is on doooo.
You're responsible for what you put on your invite and for who you share its link with. Anyone who has the link can see the invite and add songs, unless you've set a password. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful or that you don't have the right to share, and follow the photo rules in our fair use policy.
Guests
- Guests don't need an account. The name a guest types is shown next to their songs and shout-outs to everyone with the invite link.
- Guests are responsible for the songs and voice notes they add. Keep shout-outs friendly: they may be played out loud at the party.
- The host can remove any song or shout-out, and so can we.
Paying
Designing an invite is free. Publishing one costs a one-off £9, paid securely through Stripe. Each payment publishes one invite, and the price is shown before you pay.
Your invite goes live as soon as you've paid. If you're not happy with it, email hello@doooo.me within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights, for example if doooo doesn't work as described.
Music
doooo doesn't host or sell music. Songs are found and played through Spotify and Apple Music, and playing full tracks may need your own account with them. Their own terms apply when you use their players.
Redesigns
Redesigns choose from a fixed set of styles we've built and tested, but we can't promise every design will be to your taste. You can always go back to an earlier design or the original template.
Keeping doooo running
- We work to keep doooo available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example while we fix or improve it.
- We may change or stop features. If we ever close doooo, we'll give you notice so you can save what you need.
- We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms or the fair use policy. If we close your account without good reason, we'll refund any invite you've paid for.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result, but not for losses that weren't foreseeable. doooo is for personal use, so we aren't responsible to businesses for lost profit, business or opportunity.
Except where the law doesn't allow it, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as doooo changes. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top of this page, and if a change matters to you we'll tell you before it applies.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email hello@doooo.me first. We'll do our best to put it right.
